At the heart of iJOT Story Consulting is a singular belief I’ve carried with me across decades of global experience:

I’m Sajeev Varghese—Founder of iJOT—and for over 30 years, I’ve helped Fortune 500 organizations across industries reinvent themselves through business, digital, and AI-led transformation.
But behind every strategic shift… was always a story. A change narrative, so well crafted, so emotionally grounded, and so logically sound that it could move people to believe, adapt, and lead.
That’s when I realized: that storytelling isn’t a tool. It’s the transformation itself.

My journey has taken me from the boardrooms of companies that include Sony Pictures, NBCUniversal, Comcast, Verizon, and Warner Bros., to the creative edge of filmmaking—where storytelling must once again take the lead.

With an MBA in Management Information Systems from The American University (Washington, D.C.) and a B.Tech. (Honors) from IIT Kharagpur, I’ve spent my life building systems—first for enterprises, now for creatives.
